 | Premium NV RoséJansz NV Rosé is Tasmanian and Tasmania is renowned as Australia’s home of great quality sparkling wine. It’s cool latitude and maritime climate are ideal to produce powerful fruit flavours balanced by elegance and natural acidity. This cuvee is made from fruit grown on multiple sites across Tasmania all producing excellent quality sparkling wines. The Jansz Premium NV Rosé is based upon Jansz wines of several vintages. Classical Sparkling winemaking is used throughout the winemaking process. Hand picking, gentle whole brunch pressing, cool fermentation, 100% malolactic fermentation, complex assemblage and long ageing on lees after bottle fermentation, all combine to produce a stylish and complex wine.
